Space Efficient Design

Galaxy R offers the largest internal space for its size of any CO₂ incubator. The 170 litre internal chamber volume is contained within a 75x60x65cm unit, which can be easily placed on or under a laboratory bench. It is made from 304 bright annealed stainless steel for easy cleaning and reduced contamination risk. The outer door is a precision plastic moulding.

Advanced Heating System

The unique direct heat system, combined with a sophisticated microprocessor, ensures a stable temperature control with minimal gradient and prompt temperature recovery with no overshoot.

Fully Programmable CO₂ Auto Zero

Automatically referencing the infra red CO₂ sensor to atmosphere means that there is no need for user intervention or alteration to chamber conditions. This ensures that the system works with stability and maximises accuracy.

Intelligent Control System

The Intelligent Control system is so flexible and comprehensive that it can be tailored to suit individual user preferences. The door mounted display unit incorporates an advanced two level alarm system, on-screen help file and a graphical data logging system. Up to 72 hours of data for temperature, CO₂, alarm, auto zero and power functions can be reviewed on screen or downloaded to computer

High Humidity Dry Wall Chamber

A humidity level of 95% is achievable to minimise sample evaporation. The independent outer door heating system ensures that there is no condensation on the inner door.

Heat Profiling System

The unique heating system eliminates the need for a fan because it heats all six sides of the chamber at once. This allows the thermodynamic convection to move the air in the chamber, which greatly reduces evaporation and the chance of vibration. Most important of all it significantly decreases the possibility of contamination compared to other incubators.
